Topos night returns to Disco Zwei on February 6 presenting three selectors who will share their versatile vision of House music.

da:sypoda

Broken rhythms, vibrating bass, and a tribal-infused glow lay like warm static across the open spaces of da:sypoda’s sets. Rather than pushing, she draws lines that invite participation. Her performances move between 2000s minimal influences, deep vocal-house roots, and technoid
interlockings, creating a hybrid that gathers people collectively: playful, warm, and deeply grooving. Her sound is shaped by intuition, collaboration, and an awareness of spaces where music becomes a living exchange.

With residencies at C2 Ost (Karlsruhe) and Schick (Mainz), and involvement in collectives such as TabanSchmunkeln and AlForno, da:sypoda crafts sets that are both physical and open, unassuming yet compelling. She is a DJ, sound artist, producer, booker, cultural collaborator, artistic researcher, and co-hosts the "TBD – To Be Defined" events at Schick, Mainz alongside @Dom Waits. Since October 2025, she has started a new residency at @C2 Ost (Karlsruhe).

Together with her B2B partner @Klabauterfrau, she performs tribal-tec-house under the alias Tibi & Bina. She has performed at venues including C2 Ost & Fettschmelze (Karlsruhe), das Zimmer (Mannheim), Schick, Dorett Bar, Haus Mainusch (Mainz), Pracht (Frankfurt), as well as festivals such as TropenTango, AA near Worms, Delight Open Air (Cologne) and AWARA Festival.

Her sound draws on a diverse range of influences: deep house, 2000s minimal, house and tech-house, dub-infused baile funk, dembow, deep tech, breakbeat, and experimental textures.

Atenea

Heidelberg-based Atenea slips effortlessly between house, minimal, and beyond. Drawing inspiration from hip hop, jazz, and funk, her selections are driven by groove and swing—sometimes inviting subtle head nods, other times demanding full-on dancefloor movement. Describing her sound as candy-coated house, she blends playful energy with a polished sense of flow across her sets.

Our resident and topos host mirella rounds off the night with a compact & captivating closing.

Since she loves playing closing sets, you can expect her to prepare an extra playful and groovy one for this occasion.
