About

A no-nonsense sanctuary for those who love music, dancing and the night, located in the core of Mannheim’s Quadrate. Our basement club, formerly known as Subway and T6, earned its reputation over the last three decades and has been an institution for night dwellers ever since. Over the years it has changed names and owners, from being a men-only gay club with play-areas and darkrooms, evolving into an inclusive space to dance and socialize, welcoming a diverse crowd from all walks of life.

We have a big heart for electronic music, giving a platform to both renowned and underground artists, always staying closely tied to the local scene. Residents

DMan

Dirk Mantei aka DMan is a longtime key figure in dance music around the southwestern German cities of Mannheim and Heidelberg. He launched several important clubnights such as Planet Bass and HD800 and was co-founder of the legendary club milk! in 1990. He helped to introduce UK styles like bleep, hardcore and jungle to the area and keeps on surprising by mixing through all genres, nowadays mainly house, techno and beyond.

Mirella

Mirella has been making waves in the electronic music scene around Offenbach since 2019. Her sets are a wild ride through Progressive House, Italo Disco, Trance, Electro, and Breakbeat – ever in search for the right mood and those special moments on the dancefloor. She hosts her own night "topos" which is also the name of her freshly founded label. With her passion for music and a knack for killer tracks, mirella is definitely one to watch.

Albert

If you love to dance and enjoy encountering new and exciting electronic music, then Albert might just be your new favorite DJ. Equipped with crates full of carefully curated club music and more than a decade's worth of experience, the Mannheim native knows exactly how to captivate and then take you to new euphoric highs. So don't be afraid to hop on the Raw Materials Express; it'll take you to the musical sweet spot, somewhere between Berlin, Chicago, Durban, and Rio de Janeiro.

Julian Bender / Baby B

Julian is no stranger to Mannheim’s cultural scene being both active as a graphic designer with a studio right across the street and co-owner of our favourite bar and hangout: KIOSK. He has graced our decks many a night with his heartwarming and good-times house sets. He started his own queer night PALS in 2018 and has played clubs like Renate and Robert Johnson in over 15 years in the booth…
